Call for local Highland Neighborhood business nominations...
Here in Highland Neighborhood, we are all about trying to make the our local businesses successful. The better our local HNA businesses do, the more character and differentiation we see in Highland Neighborhood compared to other neighborhoods in Austin.
As a first attempt, we are calling on all Highland Neighborhood residents to nominate your favorite local businesses that are within/or near the Highland Neighborhood area. We hope that this information will not only help existing HNA residents; however, also help those new to the area find great local treasures in their neighborhood.
If you would like to submit a local business, please send an email to webmaster@highlandneighborhood.com with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Recommended Services
- Comments
View the submissions thus far on the HNA Local Business Google Map.
Note: Moving forward, this page will be accessible via the HNA Community Site Right-Hand Sidebar Navigation in the Related Links section as HNA Local Businesses.

HNA Quarterly Survey ... Results are in!
Thanks to everyone for your feedback and thoughts in the HNA Spring 2009 Survey. We have compiled a list of results on the HNA Survey page for those that are interested.
Please send any survey feedback to officers@highlandneighborhood.com.
Please take a moment to fill out comments to the City Council regarding issues that are sensitive to our neighborhood. The email that is populated is merely a template, and you should feel encouraged to personalize them with your personal complaints and opinions. Thank you for taking an action that will help our community flourish.
If you'd like to submit feedback to the city council that is not in the form to the right, then you can use the normal formal on the Austin City Council website.
